Convert WhatsApp audio notes to text
The application that allows you to do this is called Transcriber for WhatsApp and is only available for Android users. Once you download it on your smartphone, all you have to do is to perform the following steps:
- Open WhatsApp and go to the chat where the audio note you want to convert is contained.
- Once you have done this, make a long press on the audio file and, once selected, tap on the Share button at the top right of the screen.
- Here in the share options select the item Transcribe located at the icon of the application just downloaded.
- At this point, just wait a couple of seconds for the message to be transcribed and, once it appears, you can translate it, copy it, or share it directly from the screen that appears.
Besides allowing you to convert voice messages to text on WhatsApp, the Transcriber app also allows you to listen to audio notes incognito or speed up their playback.
