The first thing you have to do to put in WhatsApp an automatic message is to download WhatsApp Business from the Play Store or the App Store. Once installed, configure it. If you already had a WhatsApp Messenger account on the same phone, it will ask you if you want to use it. If you answer yes, the account will be migrated and all your chats will be transferred.
Once you have your WhatsApp Business account set up, we will start explaining how to set up an automatic message in WhatsApp. Open the app and click on the three dots at the top right or where it says “More options”.
Then click on “Tools for the company” and go to “Away message”. Now activate this option by sliding the controller to the right. Now you must write in the “Absence message” section the text that you want to be sent automatically.
Once you have it set the time you want it to be sent. If you are going away for a few days, leave the default “always send”. You can also set the recipients you want to send it to, whether you want to send it to everyone or those outside your address book. Finally, click on “Save”.

How To Use Default Replies In Whatsapp

If for example someone thanks you. you can set a default response also thank you that is always the same. Or in case your customers ask about the schedule you can also create a default response. These are answers that we use regularly.
To create a default reply in WhatsApp open the WhatsApp Business version and go to “More options” and then “Business tools”. Now click on “Quick Reply”. By default there is a default thank you.
To add a new one you have to click on the green button with a + symbol inside. Then add the message you want to set as default. You can include photos.
Then type the shortcut word that will help you to set the default message. Finally, enter up to three keywords to identify the shortcut. When you have everything click on “save”.
Now when someone writes to you and you want to set a default reply, simply enter the chat and click on the diagonal (/) bar. You will see the quick replies that you have saved by default. Choose the one that best fits and it will be inserted. Then you just have to send it.
