If you have a mobile with a full screen you simply have to slide with your finger from the upper right corner of the screen to the center, as if you were drawing a diagonal line on the screen.
Among the options that appear, choose “Duplicate screen”. You will then see all the devices available. Choose the TV. It will take a few seconds to connect. Once connected, open Telegram on the phone and you will also see it on the TV.
